Zavier Mincey New Crystal Ball

Last years WR class makes me less concerned about WR this year. Need to get some every year, but not as much of a priority. OL is so hard to predict. Ratings don’t seem to be as meaningful. So I’m just going to trust the coaches evaluations here. RB just isn’t a priority, we will get someone who can carry the ball.

QB depth is a real concern to me. Lagway seems to be the answer, but what if he gets hurt or doesn’t live up to expectations. Need some more insurance here. Portal is always an option.

The defensive recruiting is off the charts, which is truthfully what I’m always most concerned with. We are putting together the pieces for a next level defense.

 

Would be a great pick up. Would be second safety in class. Even though we went heavy on CB’s last class I’d still say we need 2.
Any ideas on who cb’s will be?

Well we actually already have 2 Safeties in this class as Josiah Davis is listed as a safety, so Mincey would make it 3. As for CB goes the fact that Coach Raymond wouldn't give the green light to Denson to commit tells me he has options. Right now I would think Wardell Mack or J. Howard are real possibilities.

I agree. I think it was Zooker's 2nd year when à Saban led LSU team came in to the Swamp and beat the crap out of UF. I hated him since.

 

I believe Raymond is actually recruiting Mincey as a corner, not safety. Thought I could be wrong.

 

That was Zook”s first year. His second year, UF went into Red Stick with freshman QB Leak and won. I was at that game, it was awesome. Lsu was heavily favored and the corndogs were fired up, til we shut them up. Of course, Lsu then went on to win the title.

 

Wardell Mack has received two CBs to Texas since yesterday.

So, Mincey would be our 3rd safety with no corners yet. Like I said loaded on the last class, so we only need two this class. Love Foster but gotta close on him and one other.

 

Minced could play corner or safety, Howard they love, Grimsley isn't over

You think we still in it for Grimsley? It's never been easy to wrestle away and already committed Bama recruit.

I'm hoping everybody is happy where they committed by fall. UF is much more vulnerable to having commits wrestled away than Bama is.

 

UF losing games in Fall could put a lot of pressure on kids and verbals prior to ESD. We have a brutal schedule this Fall. Hope we can hold onto this class
