    Yea, as I recall it had a bit to do with a college town, close to the interstate and a transitory population.

    I feel like a part of my party cheers for anything bad to happen. Whether it is a bad economic report or something akin to this. Part of my party cheers bad news as some kind of I TOLD YOU SO. Or a gotcha. I always cheered good news. Obama? Trump? America is first. Party? 4th or 5th.
