No. The bold is quite confusing: "you compare trans women physical advantages to that of cis-women who are larger or more physically gifted than others, then why is it fair to make trans women take drugs?"

Two comments. First, gender affirming surgery is very seldom performed on minors and secondly there are multiple studies not confined to minors indicating that positive results for gender affirming surgeries.
Mental health benefits associated with gender-affirming surgery | News | Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health
The study examined data from the 2015 U.S. Transgender Survey, which included nearly 20,000 participants, 38.8% of whom identified as transgender women, 32.5% of whom identified as transgender men, and 26.6% of whom identified as nonbinary. Of the respondents, 12.8% had undergone gender-affirming surgery at least two years prior and 59.2% wanted to undergo surgery but had not done so yet.

Gender-affirming surgeries were associated with a 42% reduction in psychological distress and a 44% reduction in suicidal ideation when compared with transgender and gender-diverse people who had not had gender-affirming surgery but wanted it, according to the findings. The study also found a 35% reduction in tobacco smoking among people who had gender-affirming surgeries.

Update on death of Nex Benedict

Oklahoma teen Nex Benedict’s cause of death revealed in autopsy report (msn.com)

"An Oklahoma teen whose death sparked widespread outrage and calls for change died of an overdose, authorities said Wednesday.

Nex Benedict was pronounced dead Feb. 8, one day after being injured in an altercation inside an Owasso High School bathroom. A summary autopsy report concluded the 16-year-old died of toxicity from diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, and fluoxetine, an anti-depression medication. The medical examiner ruled the teen died by suicide, and that the full report would be released in about 10 business days.

The findings cap weeks of speculation over how the teen died, but many questions remain unanswered about the fight that preceded Nex’s death."

Fair point but my understanding of this recent study vs 2015 was it looked at the older data and concluded those results were inaccurate.

    About time——-
    Female Athletes Sue NCAA
EXCLUSIVE: Female Athletes Sue NCAA Over Transgender Competitors in Sports

The lawsuit, the first federal action of its kind, seeks to change the rules, rendering any biological males ineligible to compete against female athletes. It demands the NCAA revoke all awards given to trans athletes in women’s competitions and “reassign” them to their female contenders. It also asks for “damages for pain and suffering, mental and emotional distress, suffering and anxiety, expense costs and other damages due to defendants’ wrongful conduct.”
