I'm excited for the group we have coming back, my point was to not compare them to any of our all time great cores before they ever play a game together.

I for one would much rather have 1 guy hit 1000 than 4 guys at 250. We have had a 100 players hit 250 and odds are you don't remember 70% of them. I remember all the 1k guys in my lifetime.

06 and 08 had a hell of a group of receivers also, great teams tend to have em.

2020 was nasty as well, no 1k guys but in a normal season Toney and Pitts get there. I mean trask did throw for 4k plus, so there was a lot to go around haha

Percy never had 1k, but then when you look at his rushing and receiving it was like oh, he just went for 1600 combined, no big deal haha

Van, Jefferson and Swain's crew were pretty damn good too, but the quarterback was not elite

There were big yardage weapons all over the place and only one ball

I think we are fine at wide receiver. Given that Napier likes to play tight ends, do we have the stud TE we need?

Seems like we have good TEs, but, no great ones like Pitts or Bauers. Might help put us over the top if we keep upgrading that position.

Pitts don't grow on trees (olives don't count). I hope we have one emerge to be a real threat. There was a lot of excitement about Amir Jackson when he signed. Hansen could be a really good one with another off season. Maybe he can even add a little speed. Even if just from route crispness and craftiness.

Yes, I really do like Hansen. Seems like he has a high ceiling.
