Will being childless hurt Kamala Harris with women?

Bluke says: "Some people cannot be trusted to vote responsibly."

Sounds an awful lot like what was said when literacy tests or counting jelly beans in a jar were used to exclude voters.

The purple-haired, gender-confused, politically "violent" liberals will not decide this election. They are a fraction of a fraction of percent of the population. It would make almost as much sense as blaming the elephant-men and cyclops-people for your problems. BTW, you lost your argument with "politically violent"--see below.

There will be a lot of supporters of the Jan. 6th violence voting in this election. How can we trust them to vote responsibly? They don't seem to even believe in democracy, unless their candidate wins.

Tell you what: how about if we disregard the votes of the insurrectionist-supporters as well as the purple-haired people? That way, you can stay home and take a break from politics.

Perhaps one can’t know the feeling of parenting until they’ve done it, but arguing that therefore a non-parent cannot be allowed to govern parents opens a mammoth can of worms. In fact, this is the exact argument that the right has so fervently opposed when it comes to race. Should a white person be excluded from making decisions affecting black people? Should a male be excluded from making decisions affecting females? Should an old person be barred from governing young people?

I assume that your post is somewhat in jest, but chem has already identified the problem with your stance: who gets to decide who cant be trusted to vote responsibly? If you are allowed to say it’s them, why stops them from saying it’s you? It brings to mind a passage from the play A Man for All Seasons that Michael Shermer often invokes:

“William Roper: “So, now you give the Devil the benefit of law!”

Sir Thomas More: “Yes! What would you do? Cut a great road through the law to get after the Devil?”

William Roper: “Yes, I'd cut down every law in England to do that!”

Sir Thomas More: “Oh? And when the last law was down, and the Devil turned 'round on you, where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat? This country is planted thick with laws, from coast to coast, Man's laws, not God's! And if you cut them down, and you're just the man to do it, do you really think you could stand upright in the winds that would blow then? Yes, I'd give the Devil benefit of law, for my own safety's sake!”

Another angle to this is I wonder what sort of view Harris has of men, considering her mother raised her and her sister from age 7 on and her father left. These are questions both men and women voters will think about.

You're thinking she'll sign an executive order to lock up all the men?

I think we'll be o.k. She did marry one (a man), after all.

LOL, I have no idea what sort of mother Kam would have been had she any children and I don;t much care. But, I do know she's a twit and she's simply a hot mess re common sense. Love this response from JD Vance to Kam Harris re his loyalty to America:

"Kamala Harris questioned my loyalty to America. I enlisted in the Marines for this country. I went to Iraq for this country. I built a business for this country. And my running mate took a bullet for this country. What the hell has Kamala done to question our loyalty to America?"

Trump didn't take a bullet for this country. Trump has never done a thing in his life for anything but Trump.

Trump took a bullet mostly for his ego. It's far more heroic than his history as a draft dodger, rapist, and ogler of under-aged girls. I'm going on record that Trump will not be campaigning on his draft dodging, raping, or ogling.

He could stake his entire campaign around being an ogler of underage girls and his supporters would be ok with that.

This just in: both Senators from South Carolina have said that its not appropriate to criticize childless people with secretive personal lives.

I kept learning from my dad long after i had left my boyhood home. He served as a good example his every day on earth. I try to do the same for mine. Maybe they are paying attention.

So Americans are willing to trust someone who has kids, even if that person is a pathological liar? Even if that person views his own kids as props that he primarily uses for photo ops? More so than a politician that generally tells the truth, because she did not give birth to the children that she helped raise? I generally tend to trust the person who consistently tells the truth, regardless of the number of children they have. I also tend to trust the person who helps put criminals in jail more than I trust convicted felons, rapists, draft dodgers and tax cheats. But that's just me.

Harris, the Border Czar, wants to make all those illegals citizens.

Being the failed Border Czar is what hurt Harris with women. And yes, she is that failure we all thought she was.

    Border Czar Harris...

All they can do is lie about this, because otherwise Kamala loses hands down. Biden’s polling numbers on immigration were awful and if her one job was as his point man on immigration, she’s toast. So they have to lie to our faces to get rid of this problem.

In their eyes, the ends justify the means. But they are not even hiding the fact they are lying. It’s pretty incredible.

And the pubs need to tie her to all the deaths at the hands of these very people that Harris -- Border Czar -- wants to make American citizens on day one if she wins office.
