This is just a very strange event and even stranger response by police given that 60,000 pounds of ammonia nitrate just recently went missing and is still unaccounted for. A box truck like this should have created an immediate emergency hazard response and the entire area should have been closed off and the public removed from anywhere near the scene. It is almost as if they knew there was no danger from the get go and simply wanted to create a photo op.
