I’m sure on the Arkansas board they are discussing the fact that the refs are always biased against them.
it was 100% the right call. a just retired big 10 ref said it was the right one, as said during the game my neighbor. knows his stuff.
With the stoppage (penality) the ref allowed everyone to set before whistling for play to resume with or without arkie time out. You are correct leaving the offense out to spike the ball could have worked also but not needed
