Why is JD Vance so afraid to debate Walz?

That could be more than 50% of the US population at some point in their lives. How many times have you dressed in drag, had sex with a couch or watched dolphin porn?

    38.

But in my defense I have only had access to dolphin porn for a relatively short time.

Are you one of the naive people that believed the couch story? How sad. He also lied about the dui during one of his campaigns and claimed he was just deaf.

I have heard Walz can get flustered angry and turn Red when asked uncomfortable questions. I wouldn’t make any assumptions at this point.

Did he ever actually say that he was deaf and was there proof acutal proof of him saying it? Regardless, that arrest was eons ago and he clearly learned from it and used it as a teaching moment for him and his students. That’s what you’re suppose to do when you make a mistake. Nobody is going to care about a DUI from 30 years ago and it’s definitely not the ammo the right thinks it is, lol.

I think this is absolutely what is happening. I read the dude’s book. It’s hard to buy he could write that and turn into the shithead he appears to be now.

Agree. Tim Walz's DUI in 1995 is about as relevant today as George W. Bush's 1974 DUI conviction was when he ran the presidency in 2000. What Walz apparently did say that he didn't pull over immediately when he was followed by the police office because he was hearing impaired and by the way his hearing impairment was real. He didn't use it as an excuse for the DUI.

He learned so much from it that his campaign made up multiple lies about it multiple times. Even claiming that the judge chastised the arresting officer.

No intelligent person believed it but there are plenty of people who did.

The actual facts are that it is an "unproven claim". You cant possibly know whether he has sex with couches.

I think the DUI and what his attorney argued at the time is one thing. But IF Walz might have instructed or allowed his campaign to lie about it years later, that seems like a fair thing for him to be asked about.

Agreed. Ultimately, though, I just can’t take the side who is trying to bring this up as a huge deal seriously when it was so long ago, there have been no other incidents of it since, and by all accounts he’s a stand up guy who was deeply loved by his students and community. When Trump and Vance, two of the most habitual liars on the planet, are the ones trying to call attention to this, and other things out about Walz, I just have to laugh. Trump lies about the weather on a particular day if he feels like it will help him. Those two are just bad actors and super disingenuous, and just come off as massively hypocritical. Whatever you accuse Walz of, you’ve done way worse, and way more often.

Regarding possible other incidents of it since…not sure if accurate but I read somewhere that Walz quit drinking after the arrest. If true, kinda interesting to consider that neither Bush, Trump, Pence, nor Biden drink alcohol.
