Who had Thomas Haugh 2nd highest scorer on their Bingo Card today?

That's definitely me when a men's league team asks me if I want to get together to practice. I got kids, a wife, and a job. I'm not practicing... ever. lol

 

It varied from year to year but I played with two different intramural type teams. One was a team comprised of guys that played pick-up together at lunch time three days a week. We did not need to practice.

The other one was with mostly students from my department and we never played together. We really needed some practice time.

 

I would hope so since Larry is 67 years old

 

How in the h*** can I make my teammates better by practicing?

 

You can find out what they can and cannot do. It doesn't make them better but it helps out during the game. You know, the game. The game I live and die for.

 

Particularly in the first few minutes- got Tscewa off to his hot start- had no idea what he was trying to do

 

He was fantastic but the way he shoots foul shots scary to have him in the last few minutes. But none our bigs can hit them

Hey Haugh looked awesome today. After seeing his clips I thought he had a pretty good shot. I even wondered why we didn’t put him at SF. The only thing with him that made me winch is his spacing out front and passing wild and quick to the guards. Alabama will pick some of those off. He just needs to settle down and keep his spacing out front. He was almost up ZP’s butt and passing to him hard, scary. I am shouting out great game to a freshman which is crazy. He and Condon both have been a total surprise in abilities. They might grow a little more in height and get stronger and a little heavier. Both, with hard work on shooting threes, free throws and different shots around the hoop; bank shots, runners/floaters, step backs and even dribbling drills, the future is bright.

 

This surprised me, but Handlogten with 2 pts and 2 rebounds, shock all round. Last time Handles when we played the Dawgs, career night 23 pts, 17 rebounds. It’s like he took the night off, second game in a row.

 

I was so pissed when Handlogten fouled the 3pt shooter late. SMH asking “Why, why, why….” over and over. You can’t do dumb stuff like that (as a team) and expect to go far in the Tourney. Dumb mistakes will hurt you.
