    Fire BN now.. asap.
I don’t care who the interim coach is
Hire a GM … someone with experience in football management. Someone connected. Someone like RN Cathrin. Won’t be him.. but that is the mold.
Take hiring away from the AD. He is an imbecile.
    New GM will
Make football decisions. He will develop/create a front office and run UF football like a pro team.

Just look at Year one. All the signs were there. The bowl game disaster was my final straw. It's not about we lost, but we came unprepared to play.

    This
I Hate losing but understand this program needs to be rebuilt and loses are a part of that.
It’s HOW we lose. Unprepared. Poorly coached. No fire. Our offense is old lady walking pedestrian.
3 years and zero changes. Zero improvements. We hire unknown asst. unknown coordinators.
We need an offensive genius. We need someone with fire. But first
Burn the program down. Fire everyone. Reshape the Football program and model it after the pros. We are paying players. They will eventually be employees.Bring in a competent General Manager. Build a front office. Follow the pro model and build strictly for football success.

I don’t blame the analysts, the coaches are supposed to use the data, information, and adapt the process based on the input from their analysis. When you ignore the suggestions from the analysts you fail and they stop giving advice. This is not just a sports problem
Everyone who has managed 2 or more people have witnessed the difference between each person and their performance. They all go home and tell their friends and family how hard they work and I’m not the problem

Clearly, the smoothly Team has screwed this team up for good. I’ve been saying this all year—they out WAY TOO MANY berries and don’t blend it enough.

    LOOK AT THE RESULTS!!!

    Napier will get this fixed!!
