Dementia Don has really lost it yet there is a stunningly high portion of the population that thinks we should put Grandpa Simpson back in office. This country is seriously in the need of more education and less pushing of stupid religious shit in schools.

 

I saw a clip recently that I guess I missed when it happened. Probably most folks here remember that Trump walked out mid-way on a 60 minutes interview.

But at least I wasn't aware of the "straw" that broke his back.

Nobody likes it when I say it but this is a shithole country teeming with selfish stupid assholes. We 100% deserve Trump. I obviously hope we get better than we deserve but the point stands. We reap what we sow.

 

If he wins in November and everything goes to shit, I don’t want to hear from any of the cultists on here about how bad it is. You wanted this, this is what you get. Deal with it. I’ve already got my Trump “I did that” stickers lined up and ready to go in case he somehow manages to get re-elected.

 

He could be violating their wives and cleaning up after with the American flag and his cultists would be fine with that.

 

While that may be true of ~1/2 the country, the other ~1/2 are the innocent bystanders who have been waiving red flags and hoping for sanity.

I also don't truly believe the other 1/2 are as bad as you make them out to be. It is just that the Right wing media has them brainwashed. I believe many of them (the voters, not the politicians) are good people, but they have been lied to by their media of choice for so long they can't tell right from wrong. Many of them believe that Trump is innocent of all the crimes because that is what their news tells them.

 

BTW, this has to be mentioned periodically in Trump's defense. His confusion isn't necessarily dementia. For example, when he asks supporters if they remember Charles Lindbergh landing in New York ... he probably doesn't know that he landed in Paris and it was in 1927. Ignorance, not dementia.

 

If Trump is elected we should be seeing memes with photos of Biden and the caption "Miss me yet?". While most of his supporters probably do not care that Trump's proposal for mass deportation is unacceptable on humanitarian grounds I suspect that they will have second thoughts when the policy along with the across the board tariffs which would include imported produce sends the price of food through the roof.

 

Seriously? If he wins, everything will be great again. Do you not know how this works? The crime stats will be real again. Inflation will be trending downward, but for real this time. We'll need zero interest rates almost immediately - can you seriously not see the threads pop up in your head already?
