What's up with the Cormani stories going around?

I understand completely. I also agree with skink's observation. I'm not mad at Nick though, he has a job to do, and he does it his way. He is a reasonably likeable guy who leads with his chin sometimes. IMO. No wonder I kind of like him.

 

Billy said it was "blown out of proportion" and CM's position coach said he is doing great. BN went on to observe that CM has even gained 10 lbs., suggesting that he is putting in some work that didn't happen at CU. No one is talking about this being a major "thing" from inside the program, for now. That could be damage/spin control, but maybe not. Frankly, I have developed a somewhat jaundiced view of the CFB/NIL fiasco in general and a major segment of the cyber media in particular. I'm trying not to let that overwhelm my sense of fair play, but it isn't always easy. I'm not saying that CM hasn't been the nexus of controversy from the start. IMHO, he will require extra attention and discipline if he is to succeed. Whether or not he is worth that special attention is between him and BN. But the scrupulous and gentlemanly way in which BN approaches life is probably the thing I respect most about him. So, I'm riding with the official version of things out of respect for BN and staff. Of course, it's all up to CM how this eventually turns out anyway and podcasters will continue to do what podcasters do. C'est La Vie. Peace, out.
