    :(

The GameChanger got a sitter, and AA got a sitter. The latter is gonna cost a stack of gold bars though because AA will make $1.2mil this year. The Head Coach of the defense has to be above that. smh

Rearranging “titles” is a way of bringing a proven, veteran defensive coach in and still retain AA, who is young but has a strong upside. He will benefit from Roberts experience and the two may be a perfect compliment to each other.
I'm sure CBN brought the two together and had a 3-way with them before finalizing the deal. Equally sure he feels good going forward with the plan.
I, for one, admire CBN for taking profound measures with staff, recruiting and the portal additions to improve our defense.

Hey man, I’d do almost anything for a million dollar salary, but lines have to be drawn somewhere.

Ain’t that the truth, nawlins. And with the obscene amounts of money being doled out in college football a million dollars is pocket change. But I’m in agreement with you, a line needs to be drawn.

Billy has chosen to go down on the 2 OL coach failed experiment and him continuing to be OC hill.

That means 2024 is a show me year. Show me results, or you’re fired.

The successful OCs DC’sare making $2 million a year so $1 million a year is not in any way top pay for the position.

We have an army that’s for sure. Buts it’s set up in such a unique way.

2 OL, 2 DC, no ST, Hocke turning into a highly paid motivator, etc.

I like unique approaches but it remains to be seen if this is better than just having a traditional highly paid coaching staff. Just be combining Hocke and Sale we could hire near tbe top OC (at top OC money). Combining Roberts and AA we could hire the top DC at top DC $.

Is our set up better? Remains to be seen.
