Harris will have to address and bring some degree of comfort about her “root cause” mission on border security. I am not convinced she would be able to articulate her role and stay true to the Biden policy. Her role as President of the Senate and tie breaking should be her selling point. She has 30+ tie breaking votes that pushed across Dem policy.

The truth is the Democrats are going to play the race card on any person who dissents or criticizes Kamala Harris in any way whatsoever. They’ll get the same treatment as they did with Obama. Get ready for 5 months of identity politics.

The real reason I dislike her is she has bowed the knee to the donkey god, the rainbow god, and the child sacrifice god. It has nothing to do with race, and it has everything to do with the donkey’s Tower of Babel project. Whoever carries the torch for the donkey is evil, whether that is a white male like Biden or a black female like Kamala Harris. If the donkey repents of its neo-paganism and amends the party platform, then there is a chance I would vote Democrat.

Perhaps both parties should amend their platforms for more centrist policies. But that results in a uniparty that has no real illusion of choice.

The only real responsibility I can remember Biden publicly assigning her was "border czar".

I don’t disagree with that but I think a lot of democrats were hoping she would take a much larger role in an effort to take some things off an elderly president’s plate and to establish herself as a clear heir apparent by the end of year three so Biden could step down at the end of his first term. That very clearly didn’t happen.

to be fair I only think his dementia has been apparent the last year or 2. You were all screaming the same shit about dementia in 2020 and he did great in the debates. A night and day difference from this year. So I just assumed yall were still full of shit. I was wrong.

Kamala didn’t have the VP accomplishments of Pence… I mean Biden…I mean Gore… I mean dammit, well at least Cheney shot someone in the face.

VP role is a role you wait to be called on for. Stupid to act like she didn’t solve world peace in that role.

Kamala is fine. I don’t like the lack of executive experience but that didn’t hamper Biden which he obviously learned in the VP role.

Your hypocrisy has slipped out. You list your grievances against the Democratic Party, yet swear your fealty to the most morally corrupt, intellectually vacant and treasonous liar the country has ever seen. You swear blind loyalty to a man who engaged in and paid for a sexual relationship with a porn star , who bought a teen beauty pageant so he could sit in the dressing room and ogle underage girls, was a known associate with a global pervert and sex trafficking kingpin, has laundered money through his bankrupt company for Russian businessmen for many years, is totally beholden to the Kremlin and knowingly passed classified documents.

You dislike the Democratic Party over their willingness to accept people for who they are? Fine. As a Catholic there are parts of the party position I struggle with as well. I get your dislike. However, when you and all the other righties pledge blind loyalty to the most base, immoral dirtbag to run for office possibly ever, you certainly lose the righteousness of your position. Further, the disgusting and sacrilegious images of this pile of dung intimating he is on par with our savior makes you people worse than those with the Golden Calf.

Trump shows signs of mental defect. Biden shows signs of being 80 years old and under a ton of stress.

I am guessing you do not know what dementia actually is.

He could certainly clear it up if he would include a cognitive test with his physical exam. Not surprised that he doesn't. You keep believing it's just stress.

You obviously don’t pay attention to what I post. I have criticized Trump many times, and I have also said I am unsure how I will be voting in November. That does not fit the description of anything you wrote, but carry on.

I would also challenge your assessment of “most base immoral dirtbag ever.” Child sacrifice is as dirty and immoral as it gets, and you are committing 1/3 of the next generation to child sacrifice every time you punch that vote for the Democrats. A woman who would cackle at that and smile about it is about as evil as it gets. Child sacrifice has always been demonic and always will be demonic.

It wasn’t stress, jet lag, or a cold. Biden has significant mental and physical decline and it’s been obvious for years.

My biggest issue with Harris is lack of anything. She has been hidden for the last 12-18 months until just recently. No big deal as a VP but what do we know about her?
Gretchen Whitmer has more accomplishments/screentime/political wins/in the last few years than KH.
She also has had a hand in hiding Bidens decline. Tells us again how sharp and aware he is Kamala. She is either a liar or delusional. There are MUCH better candidates out there but if Biden steps down it will be KH that gets the nod. And we won’t hear much about policies or platform because how could we? She will be handled, limited appearances, no debates, etc.. just like Biden was .She will run on
    Not Trump
    Black Woman
    And that is it.
Is it enough to win? Slight maybe but doubtful. Is it enough to lead our country? Strong no.
    Our choices will still suck.

To me, Kamala is lacking in leadership qualities. She is smart, without a doubt, but she comes across as lazy to me. And she seems to be lacking in people management skills, if the stories about infighting and chaos among her staff are to be believed. She was asked to work on immigration, and she ignored that for a while, until stories hit the papers that she wasn't willing to work on that, and then, to support a claim that she worked on it, she went down to the border and asked a few questions and called it a day. Her big contribution turned out to be a photo op. She almost seems like she is more concerned with keeping her record clean (no mistakes) so she will be able to run for president some day without anyone being able to criticize her mistakes. If you don't try, you never accomplish anything, and you don't learn anything.

Most V.P.'s work behind the scenes to persuade Congressmen to vote for this bill or that bill, and maybe she is doing that. They also travel and represent the U.S. at various meetings and award ceremonies. Part of the reason that Biden fell apart on stage in his debate was that he was jet-lagged from two international trips. Could Harris have taken at least one of those trips? Did Biden insist on taking the trips himself, or did he not trust Harris to get the job done? Biden's handlers certainly did a poor job of talking him out of taking the trips.

I think it is hard for a V.P. working for a former V.P. to do things, because the former V.P. is automatically conditioned to do the things that V.P.'s do. Dan Quayle was a failure working for Bush, Sr., partly because he wasn't that bright, and partly because Bush probably did not fully let go of his V.P. responsibilities when he became president. Harris appears to make it harder because it appears that she is not volunteering to do things, but maybe Biden is not letting her do things.
