There is a big difference between what Golden is doing and what Napier is doing. You can see Golden adapting to SEC play, adjusting personnel, improving the roster with the portal, improving as a coach. By making these adjustments, Coach Golden has earned patience by the fans.
Napier hasn’t adapted his scheme, hasn’t improved the defense, hasn’t adjusted his offensive play calling, and really hasn’t improved the roster(lines of scrimmage) via portal when it is an obvious weakness.
The only thing that is keeping him employed is his stupid buy out. He has not earned my patience.

Chris Doering was on a Jax radio show just scorching the lack of coaching he sees in our DB's. Honestly even though these guys are getting paid, I feel bad knowing that multiple former players are just shocked at the low quality training these players show in the game.

The mountain of evidence pointing in a certain direction cannot be ignored any longer. The whole coaching staff is just not teach by example of what it takes to be motivated. They cannot tell the players to act one way and not show them every day how it's done through their own actions. A lazy coach in practice will teach lazy habits to his players...

Him and the doctor guy would make a good team. Imagine the threads they could start together.

A fine illustration of both our esteemed coaches' situational awareness and play-calling ability. (The same one who refuses to hire an OC)

Or maybe he knew the plays that you call every game, coach. I remember when Fadora was our OC. I am no fan of Fedora. Micky Andrews had his guys ready for every play we called that year, except we drubbed his defense because Fedora called the alternate we never used throughout the year for every play, and the defensive players' heads were swimming. That was the best called game I have ever seen. Not the selection or choosing mismatches. He just set them up through the year and completely fooled them, not with trick plays but his base plays. CBN could have self-scouted and done the same. This shows a lack of planning, strategy and introspection. This was our most important game for his beloved talent acquisition, and he treated like any first game.

You would think one of the 200 army members would be self scouting our tendencies all day every day. Or maybe Billy just ignores the info. Either we don’t do it or he doesn’t listen to it,cuz everyone knows what he is calling.
