He was sunshine pumping this year, but not last year. He was very critical of last year’s team going into the season.
Doering’s always been pretty level headed. This preseason is the first time he was sunshine pumping in my opinion. And after game 1, he’s totally shocked like most of us are.
BN bs’d his way to be UF’s coach for 3-years which will ultimately fund his multi-million dollar retirement plan in a state that is not Florida
I am always amused by the schematic genius around here. Of course only one receiver can run a deep post and if someone else does it the coach is a moron.
Off topic but fedora had nice offenses. Always thought he would have been a good head coach but it didn't translate. Zaunbrechers was awful. That Tennessee game in 03 was one of the single most frustrating games I've ever seen. Just kept waiting to go vertical thinking all those screens were setting them up to go down field and it just never happened. Fedoras offense could have won urban a title if he wanted to use that offense in my opinion.
If you want.your slowest receivers running go routes and posts, knock yourself out. That's not what the winning coaches do.its certainly not what Spurrier did.
Isn't the Army supposed to be self-evaluating us?? Are they not watching practices and game-plan prep and informing the OC obvious tendencies? Or they are doing their job and the OC is ignoring their comments. If the Miami DC game-planned for 5-7 tendencies and saw them in the first 4-5 plays, someone on our side dropped the ball.
Would you tell your boss that his plans sucked and won't yield productive results? Doesn't matter how many analysts there are if they don't speak up or aren't knowledgeable enough to make a difference.
& Billy doesn't exactly strike fear in anyone. That just doesn't seem very convincing, or even plausible.
Defensive coordinator says to his charges: “Look, they’ve mounted a good drive against us and are in the shadow of our goalposts, so watch for something screwy!”
