Talks shit and is in the portal , hmmm. Portal guys always worry me if they are leaving bigtime programs. They either didn’t pan out or have an attitude problem most times. Going from lower schools to big power five schools is more understandable to me.

 

I agree. Way too many on and off the field resources dedicated to the OL to have such mediocre HS recruiting results.

 

last and previous years i’ll chuck it up to not having a good recruiter in Hev and lack of overall dedication to recruiting. Last year ill chuck it up to new staff and NIL disfunction but this year we should be making more of a dent in HS recruiting with high end kids.

 

They have to get it done. Besides qb, it’s the second most important position to win games.

I think it comes down to evaluation a lot because not that many of them are super highly rank. And that they are out there but there’s only a handful of them 300 guys and everybody wants four or five. It’s also a position that takes a lot of technique and development and not many guys coming out of high school have had that training.

 

Georgia has been getting highly ranked offensive lineman and it’s been working out for them. We’ve got to do better here.

 

Georgia has been handpicking like Bama. We need to break into that but charm from a coach and hard work isn’t going to flip a light switch. They are going to get theirs. We may get a few but Ocyrus’ are going to be needed.

 

6'4" OT is not really what Napier has been looking for lately. He want 6'6"+...

 

I'd expect him at guard at Florida.
