Don't know if this has been mentioned but without Condon sealing off Boyle I'm not sure the basket would have been made.

USC had 11 of their 15 turnovers in the last 12 minutes. 11 turnovers on 22 total possessions.

Yep, as the saying goes "winners find a way to win and losers......" well you know how it goes. :) Tonight the Gators were on the right side of that.

I don't watch a lot of BBall, but as a casual observer I thought Aberdeen looked good when he was in there. He probably should have gotten some more minutes from Clayton or Martin tonight.

Aberdeen is either awesome or unplayable. It’s rarely in the middle he definitely had one of his good nights. Golden isn’t going to take Clayton or Martin off the floor for him ever those two guys have earned the right for off nights and to play through them. Aberdeen is a perfect guard off the bench.

We got outrebounded, which is uncharacteristic. Steals and WR won the game.

it was great to see us be able to switch up defensively with the press..

Golden now has that available to mix it up at times.

Still wish he’d employ a zone from time to time. Need to find ways to counteract teams getting hot.

We need more details than that!

I always enjoy "I Wuz There" stories. I bore y'all enough with mine but they are a real joy to read from others!

Thankfully we won lucky 3-pointers battle. First the brick by Aberdeen that got the friendlist dead bounce off the back rim i’ve ever seen, then Martin hits a lean in line-drive bank shot 3. SC then hits a bank 3 to go up 68-63, before we close the game 7-1

Just how disappointed were the fans? Must have felt fantastic to watch them collectively deflate

I didnt pull up the game thread, but man Clayton lost his man what felt like a dozen times on back cuts to the basket. They didn't always find the open man, but idk what was up with Walt last night on that end. Richard's length on that zone saved our butt, his defensive effort was great. I though Condon got more aggressive in the 2nd half and Haugh played 6 more mins than chim.

We broke even on lucky threes. The one Aberdeen made that hit the back of the iron and then went straight up and then down and in was the other side.
