Trump supporters can criticize Biden all they want as they long to have their scumbag leader back in the White House. Biden's one overarching achievement was removing the scumbag from the premises. I know it hurts, a real tragedy for the Trump cultists, but like JFK said, "Life is unfair." I know that beating up on Biden makes the cultists feel better. And they can at least look forward to Republican-run state legislatures stealing our future presidential elections. They can thank their orange god's Big Lie for those legislatures "fixing" a system that wasn't broken. The fix is in. No matter what kind of run Biden has had, American democracy had a pretty good run while it lasted.

The crime bill was passed in a time when cities had big problems with drug related crimes. The problem with it was that prosecutors used to overcharge. It was applied to too many crimes (like simple possession or to mules) that is shouldn’t have been meant for. It created the prison industry that today needs to be fed with inmates to keep going.
