We Should Have a New Offensive Coordinator by December 4th

    The transfer portal opens December 4th. Players want to know who's coaching them and I don't believe they want to play a "waiting" game. Napier should be prepared to have a new Offensive Coordinator in place by the time the portal opens. We can praise Napier all we want, but I just don't believe UF passes the "eye" test any more when it comes to a top football program. Past accomplishments are only relevant for a short while (RIP Nebraska) and if some significant coaching changes aren't made quickly, it's only going to get worse.

    You have a lame duck coach that must show improvement next year or he is out. Who would want to relo family for an unknown that could only last a year

    ^^^I remember when Roper left a good job at Duke to work one year at UF prior to Muschamp being fired. Hurt his career by doing so.
