We saw Dave Chapelle last night

I don't recall a complete set of 9/11 stand up however 9/11 jokes have been interjected here and there across various mediums. Most of the time it's purely for shock value although I've heard comedians slip one in impromptu and then quickly move on. In Any event I can't recall who said it but the saying goes if you let people's words offend you then you give them a button to control your emotions. In a world where anonymous people or troll bots from around the world can communicate through social media that philosophy has never been more valuable.

 

The guy that opened for Burt Kreischer (I can't recall his name but he was funny) went on a 20 minute rant on how nurses aren't heroes. It was freaking hilarious considering like half the audience seemed to be nurses. My sister was with me and she's a nurse, and she laughed a lot.

 

Your post reminded me of Bill Burr's rants about how being a mother isn't really the hardest job. I may send that to my mom and see what she thinks, lol. She would probably laugh.

 

It has less to do with offending people than it is his material being leaked before making a special or his new material being leaked.

 

It has absolutely nothing about the worry of being cancelled for offending someone. Chappelle has been offending EVERYONE since day one.
