The announcers did comment on this but then said that it wouldn’t make sense for them to be faking because they would be taking out their best pass rusher on 3rd down.

There has been very clear footage of Gator players looking to the sideline and dropping to the ground. Everybody does it. I don't like it but out of all the things to gripe about kiffin that one ain't it. They need to make a player sit the possession out but they haven't yet so it will continue.

 

It’s hard to swallow integrity sometimes but if you want to win, I guess you need to cheat sometimes.

The money to players has always been the way and I have no problem with that and never have. Officials looking at a replay that a blind man can see and going the other way, it’s disgusting. Not suspending dirtbag players unless it’s on video, no can do that either.

Yes, this old man’s integrity has gone south. I hated the fake injuries and considered it poor sportsmanship. The up tempo offense has really called for desperate measures.

 

On the flip side everyone on defense laid down so a Miami player could score giving the ball back to Florida allowing John Reeves to break Jim Plunkets passing record.

Yep, instead of defending it or calling a time out, just flip. It’s pretty lame when 90k know your not hurt. I guess if you ain’t cheating, you ain’t tryin but I wish they would make a rule to curb it.

 

The downside of winning a national championship is you start thinking you are entitled to win one every year.

 

Just 100% effort is all that can be expected.
