We are currently ranked 19th on the 24/7 composite. Where do you think we end up?

16th on 247 composite and 20th on 247 for player ranking average including transfers. 9 teams ahead of us have more commits

Not really that much different on the average than the last decade. The top few classes are way ahead but the next ten or so are pretty interchangeable. If our recruits hadn’t dropped , what would we be ranked? It doesn’t really matter anyway. If players like Trask, Pitts , and Toney turn up, it makes that class much better than the evaluation. There’s enough talent to be ny6, but we have to get lucky like Clemson to win it all. Hopefully we can get in that too 5 regularly but the support remains to be seen.

Composite rankings reshuffled, now that the All Star games are done. Jackson one of the biggest gainers up to #60 …and Collins #44. Norman picked up a chunk of spots too at #192

Unfortunately, Mizell & mustard fell just outside top 100. And it bit surprising that Cantrell & Denson did get big bumps after UA game a few weeks ago.

We are still #13 and our talent average @91.97 is still 6th.

Sccoterp you are right and all these other dudes are wrong. Gators still have late signing period in February and the Spring portal signing period after May. We still could pull in another 5/6 players including a starting QB(McCall?) that could significantly impact our 2023 season. So you are right on my man!! Keep truckin and don't pay attention to these former English majors.

 

I think we get jumped by a couple of teams tomorrow (South Carolina/ATM/USC)
Finish about 15th.

Wanne, do you forsee any major contributors emerging from that class this coming season? Sure need a few of them to contribute IMO.

 

Just FTR Sparky... once an English Major, always an English Major. But TBH, I actually find myself in agreement with you for once. I also found it vastly amusing that you sought to align yourself, by inference at least, with one the more thoughtful/patient/supportive posters on this board. The sheer boldness of that lunatic charade, coupled with the fact that you actually got something right for a change, is to be roundly applauded.
