Not looking very promising. If we had kept the majority of the class and added a few maybe.

Trust the process. I have no reason to believe Nape doesn’t know what he’s doing.

If he pulls off a top 20 class I'm calling it: Napier can walk on water.

To be honest, it's impressive that an FCS team - much less one without the ability to give athletic scholarships - even shows in the Rivals top 100 teams.

I know. I saw that and wonder how it could possibly be correct. Harvard has a better class than 30 D1 teams that can give scholarships? Doesn't add up.

I’d say there are some smart dudes out there that earn an academic scholarship that can play football. Given that option between going to Harvard, playing football and getting a Harvard degree or taking the full ride scholarship to play football for Montana State, that degree might just be the deciding factor

My cousin went to Princeton on academic scholarship. I’d guess he could have played football too if he wanted but why? Those kids are not going to the nfl( not my cousin anyway) and he needed all the time he had to go toward his degree.

Harvard finds some academic scholarship money from their 30 plus billion endowment. Case in point my buddy from Ocala’s son got partial to Dartmouth to kick. His Dad was our kicker in early 90’s.

Thought I read a few years back they basically give free tuition to those in financial need. A quick google search seems to confirm this is still true, basically anyone with family income under $65k goes free at this point and even up to $150k gets substantially reduced tuition.

So if you are a football player with a high SAT and education first that is something to look at. There are a couple places I never fault even a local FL kid for choosing over UF. Harvard and Stanford would probably be tops of list for me, actually almost a no brainer if money is removed from the equation. UF seems to be on a reputational slide, so if we are being honest this “list” is probably growing for those looking beyond football.

More than a tad. Read an article that had Vandy in the high 20s and moving up.
