    A pint of ice cream won’t kill anyone. But binging Netflix might.

    Saw a study awhile back that showed North Americans are as active as mammals in the wild. I can’t contest it. Do deer do cardio ?

    How do you know you’re lucky for ignoring ten people in a room ? You’re only 61. You’ve got 11 years to go to match both my grandfathers and they were sedentary and life-long smokers.

    Do they jog in place, waiting for cars to pass, so as to stay in their target heart rate range ?

    It is astonishing but only serves to strengthen the perception that doctors want every American over 40 on BP meds and statins.
