AN a first round pick??? Damn that made me laugh. He doesn’t have the athleticism to be a first round pick. Not even close. If Nick Calathes wasn’t a first round pick no way in hell AN could ever be. Nick is light years better.
What. The NBA doesn’t draft only based on athleticism. He was a projected potential late 2nd round pick the year he left UF. It’s probable that has stats and profile would have increased had he stayed. Going to Gonzaga hurt his individual recognition, and he seems to have regressed in the stat category.
AN is a good pro prospect. Maybe as a back-up and not a stater. Nick made a great decision to be a hero in Greece instead of a back-up pg in the NBA.
AN had a great game tonight but I’d still be willing to bet he’s a Europe guy, albeit at a top spot over there
