I agree it is best to stop Putin now. However, Ukraine's population is 43.79 million. There will be plenty of fighting age Ukranians left, although I think Ukraine wins outright. Afghanistan's population in 1980 was 12.49 million.

What’s your point? That we blew up the pipeline? If so, good. If one of our allies did it, good. If Ukraine did it, good. If Russia did it to themselves, then weird but good. But I don’t believe for one second Biden ordered that. He has shown absolutely no will or ability to stand up to the far left when it comes to taking measures that would help the war effort but don’t fit the idealist narrative. Blowing up that pipeline had severe environmental ramifications that he would never have accepted in my opinion.

So there are still millions of Ukrainians available to die for Joe Biden ?

The other thing to think about, let’s say Ukraine does eventually push Russia back to it’s pre war borders. What then? Russia considers those eastern Ukrainian territories theirs now, will they really just say “ok, never mind”?. Does it become a guerilla fight like before, does Russia remass for another invasion? Does it lash out and just start hurtling missiles from its own space indefinitely?

Ukraine can scarcely equip the fewer than 150,000 effective combat troops still standing. But never you worry, it can equip millions more!

That’s 100% correct. And that’s why I say the change has to happen in Moscow. By the way, that doesn’t underrate the importance of those military victories you describe. Those victories in the field are a key enabler to the political change that must ultimately happen in Moscow.

Absent key political change *in the US* Russia will continue to grind away.

Gotta love the line of bs that we are somehow threatening Russia's sovereignty by daring to object to their war of conquest.

Believe what you want. If we did it then own it and see how the rest of world reacts, specifically European nations. As for President Biden's approval I wouldn't put it past the man to do it.

Yeah in my response I should have added that it wouldn’t shock me if we did it. Just not trusting Hersh to be the one who would know.

I’m certainly not keen to forget that a number of people on this thread were KEEN to believe a Russia blew up its own pipeline. Because Russia I guess.

There are a lot of windows in Moscow. Hopefully, Putin will "find" one sooner rather than later.

I’m going to make a prediction. And I think it’s a safe one. Putin will remain until he chooses to step down, whereupon he will be replaced by a man you have cause to hate even more.

Here's my prediction: Putin will not live to see 2024 and the world will be a better place.

Explains the large number of "no comments," 90% of which would have been anti-Putin.

One thing’s for sure: blows to hell the notion that Russians are afraid to badmouth Putin.

No, pay attention. Why all the "no comments?" They are afraid. The people who commented against Putin obviously despise the man a great deal to run the risk of arrest for a YouTube video. He is despised by a huge segment of the mostly younger Russian population...and with very good reason. Putin is a fascist butcher rapidly earning his place in hell next to some of the most horrible human beings to have ever walked the planet.
