These figures are so ridiculous they’d make the Ghost of Kyiv blush. I’ve read estimates of 500,000 Ukrainians dead, wounded or captured, along with US Navy Seals and Green Beret units wiped out and captured NATO commanders captured, but I have too much self-respect to throw my weight behind them.

Considering that Kamikaze pilots ranged in age from 17-24 ... I’m guessing a fair amount. BAM!

Ha-Ha! Where is the Russian Air Force ?”

Welcome to 2022. Why risk exposing multi-million dollar planes when cheap drones give you better bang for the buck ?

Some of those ‘missiles’ striking Kyiv are actually drones.

“The U.N. General Assembly voted overwhelmingly Wednesday to condemn Russia’s “attempted illegal annexation” of four Ukrainian regions and demand its immediate reversal, a sign of strong global opposition to the seven-month war and Moscow’s attempt to grab its neighbor’s territory.

The vote in the 193-member world body was 143-5 with 35 abstentions. It was the strongest support from the General Assembly for Ukraine and against Russia of the four resolutions it has approved since Russian troops invaded Ukraine Feb. 24.”

Ukraine has shot down 55 Russian warplanes, U.S. general says
And if the Russian Air Force is flying why isn't it providing close air support to the Russian troops on the ground? Just asking. Could be because the Russians are afraid of the manpads provided to Ukraine by the US and other NATO countries.

You make my point. The US lost 155 aircraft in Iraq. 10,000 in Vietnam. 10,000+ over Europe in WWII.

Speaking for myself I'm not denying that the elections didn't take place, it's just that the voters received a little encouragement from the Russians.
With Kalashnikov rifles, Russia drives the staged vote in Ukraine
