You’re always big on the blame. What should have been done? Trump had signed an agreement with the Taliban without involving the Afghan government. Weaponry, including nukes, has changed since then. That being said, if Putin was to start committing genocide in Ukraine, one would hope that the rest of the world would intervene.
Do you realize that the Keystone pipeline transports oil, etc from Canada through and to the United States? Last time I checked, Canadian oil was considered foreign oil since it was produced in Canada, not the USA.
