A10's, Apache's, Cobra's, but also the Strike Fighters like F16, F15 did tremendous damage

Highway of Death - Wikipedia was one that sticks in my mind we mostly used carrier based aircraft

Also, the two major invasion of Russian from the West have ended up being defeated because Russia could trade space for time and allow the Russian winter to take its toll.

So, you admit to making that part up, about the US detailing it's plans of actions to China, based on a hunch? *Shrug*

If NATO is getting involved now then either Russia may start to back off or Putin goes completely off the deep end.

If NATO gets involved, Putin likely goes after the Baltics.

It was his brother Wladimir (who is also in Ukraine and has joined the Kyiv Territorial Defense Brigade) who was (twice) married to Hayden Panettiere.

If you don’t see how people in an authoritarian state risking their lives to express their dissent publicly impacts the hearts and minds of his own people over his authoritarian propaganda, then you really don’t get it. History of replete with leaders who thought they were invincible, until their populace determined they weren’t en masse.

I’m seeing that NATO’s deployment is to defend its member states and fortify the line.

I changed the link name just to be safe.

Maybe the mods could have mad an exception in the name of defiance to tyranny.

The Ghost of Kyiv. The evocative name is trending on Twitter and other social media sites, and refers to a Ukrainian MIG-29 pilot who allegedly shot down six Russian jets in the first day of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Accompanying many of the Ghost of Kyiv posts is footage of what appears to be a MIG-29 - known under NATO's naming scheme as a Fulcrum - though most posts have exactly the same short clip - the plane flying over concrete tower blocks of housing with grey skies behind.

Ghost of Kyiv: unconfirmed Ukrainian MiG-29 pilot credited with six kills

Victors justice always prevails. But I have a feeling if Putin's air forces massacred Ukrainians retreating into Poland it would not be viewed as "just war."
