It's not. But it does show their willingness to get their civilians out versus Russians using them for target practice/killing them etc. Probably for the "why don't they negotiate" crowd too. To show that Ukraine is willing to work but Russia & its supporters don't care.
Pretty safe bet it won't be handshakes and smiles all around, except for any ass kissers who want to make pootie pie feel welcome. They should tell him what a pos he is and walk out. We shall see.

I don’t question whether there are enough people and guns. There are. I question whether or not there is the will.
I think if it spills over & they start attacking NATO/Europe/the US all bets are off. The luxury of being away from it lets folks get away with apathy & the whole "doesn't affect me" deal. Wonder what the reaction would've been if Russia's ICBM test had veered into Alaskan air space, btw.
If it spills over it could get ugly for all of us pretty quickly. We can only hope it is quick. As Khrushchev stated, the survivors will envy the dead if there is a nuclear holocaust.
