russians freezing while Putin directs resources to the war. lets see how much they are willing to suffer to continue this atrocity

Russians abandoned in -30°C without heating while Putin spends billions on war (msn.com)

As Vladimir Putin is spending billions of pounds on his war in Ukraine, people across Moscow have been left freezing without heating or hot water.

Temperatures in the capital plummeted to -30°C, and the old heating network is reportedly unable to withstand the weather.

This has meant that more than 20,000 residents have been abandoned freezing in sub-zero temperatures recorded in their own homes for days.

two more russian aire defense systems destroyed.

Russia Loses Two Prized Pantsir Systems As Ukraine Mocks 'Leaky' Defenses (msn.com)

Ukraine has destroyed two of Russia's Pantsir-S1 air-defense systems, officials said on Sunday, in the latest push by Kyiv to take out key Russian assets and ground-based weaponry.

Fighters with Ukraine's intelligence agency, the GUR, took out two Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft systems in Russia's Belgorod border region on Saturday, the agency said in a statement on Sunday.

Russian air defenses close to the country "turned out to be leaky," added Ivan Fedorov, the exiled Ukrainian mayor of the southern Moscow-controlled city of Melitopol.

Ukraine has been hunting Russia's network of air defenses such as the short-range Pantsir to counter Moscows continuing efforts to target the country's infrastructure. It has also channeled its resources into eliminating Russia's other short-range ground-based air defenses like the Tor systems, as well as longer-range defenses, such as the S-300s and S-400s which which have been used extensively against Kyiv and other locations.

Uh, this is the U.K. media. From the beginning it was effectively a mouthpiece for Ukrainian propoganda.

This would explain why Zaluzhny is pleading for 500,000 troops …

Ukraine got its hands on blueprints and other technical data for Russia's drones and electronic warfare systems. This could be bad for Russia's war effort. It sounds like someone in Russia sent the info to Ukraine, based on their vague description of how they got it. Could be a huge benefit for Ukraine.

Also, in December, Ukrainian hackers broke into a Russian utility company.

Military intelligence claims capture of Russian drone producer's classified data

Ukraine destroys an electronics warfare system used in disabling satellite communications. Sounds expensive . . .

Ukraine special forces say they helped destroy a Russian weapons system that was blocking satellite comms

    things are heating up.

Putin Forced To Dispatch National Guard Against Uprising (msn.com)

Russian President Vladimir Putin has deployed nearly 35,000 national guardsmen to curb Ukrainian resistance in occupied territories under Moscow's control, according to Kyiv's Nation Resistance Center (CNR).

The Kremlin currently occupies large swathes of south and eastern Ukraine, where Putin has established illegitimate Russian districts after holding sham elections in the fall of 2022. Ukraine launched the CNR in March 2022 following Russia's full-scale invasion a month prior. The CNR, under the direction of Kyiv's Special Operation Forces, helps coordinate and train Ukrainian partisans living under Russian occupation.

Can’t be. The people there, like, overwhelmingly voted to join Russia, I’ve heard.

Most U.S. voters do not have a gun pointed at their head when they vote.

What an idiotic post! Ukraine has stopped using tanks in general because the attacks were not working, not because there is anything wrong with the tanks. Tanks are for open field battles, not static lines full of anti-tank mines that can funnel them into a kill zone for anti-tank weapons. And Russia has no room to talk, after losing around 6,000 tanks in the war. The scrap steel dealers after the war will have their hands full with low-quality Russian tanks, and will feel lucky indeed to come across a European or American tank.

I did notice that your pathetic social media post propaganda did not mention any numbers of Leopard tanks destroyed. (Hint: it's because there haven't been that many . . . )

Russia's unstoppable missiles get stopped . . . again. This time by an old anti-aircraft gun. Ukraine says for their next trick, they will shoot down a Russian missile with a rubber band and one finger.

Footage appears to show a Ukrainian shooting down a Russian cruise missile with an aged antiaircraft gun. Experts say it's an incredible shot.

He's not looking for "info", he's looking for propaganda. Apparently Twitter is a good source of propaganda, since any imbecile can publish a rumor or a set of twisted facts.

I just wanted to report that Zelenskyy has spotted more vulnerability in Russia's force in Eastern Ukraine. This was previously reported 170 times since the start of the war, but this time, it's real.
