LOL. Paraphrased: “yes, you are totally correct and I do enjoy the lies of the Left BUT your guy is worse.”

Psst: we know how you feel.

Cutting government indiscriminately (which is what Musk is doing, for the most part) is only good for the country if the government is useless and provides nothing of value. You would have to be fairly dense to believe that. Without government, there is no national defense, national highways, social security, regulation of food quality, centralized effort to fight diseases, regulation of corporate behaviors and standards, crimefighting experts, and many other things. I think there is probably some limited amount of room to cut (not gut!) government spending, but it should be done by experts, and it should be done incrementally. Challenge the person in charge of a department: "If you had to cut 10% (or 5%) of your department spending, where would you cut? What are the most important functions of your department? What would happen if we cut spending on some of the other functions?" Re-visit the department in another couple of years, and ask follow-up questions, and cut more if it can be done safely.

If you go in like a bull in a china shop and start firing people, you get the worst of all possible outcomes. You just fired some of the more useful people, and you've pissed off the rest of them. Their ability to function is compromised, and you get more negative outcomes, whether that be food poisoning, airplane crashes, or whatever. Having Elon Musk make snap judgments about who keeps their job after talking to them for 20-30 seconds is beyond stupid.

Firing employees left and right is not saving the taxpayer any money, if government services are not provided, and the taxpayer has to provide them himself, or accept that the services will not be provided and he will have to suffer or die. It will not affect billionaires, because they can either provide their own services, or buy a few Congressmen and get government to drop what its doing and provide those services. It affects everyone else.

They aren't. However, I don't understand how anyone with the intelligence God gave a gnat could fall for his BS. He is a career BS artist and perfect for his role. He attacked every department that sought to protect laborers from scumbag CEOs like him. He attacked every institution meant to educate the poor and protect the poor from scumbag $Billionaires like him. And, finally, he has promoted his racist, hate mongering Neo-Nazi loving, Apartheid values that you MAGAs really, really love.

Meanwhile, his department of dirt bags cannot prove that they have saved any meaningful money when each and every lie comes under scrutiny.

But hey....this is what the idealMAGA world is. WASP-male, uneducated and totally brainwashed.

That is what he is doing, and you guys are eating up the hate like true believers.

Would have made a much better VP than socially awkward Trump bootlicker JD “Ok good, whatever makes sense” Vance, but America thought having a felon was a better idea for some reason. Lol.

Walz actually has policies, unlike the two dopes currently in the White House. Not just policies, but immensely popular ones that his constituents are the beneficiary of. All Vance is good for is sitting in the background while Trump and Elon jerk each other off and making occasional appearances to embarrass himself in front of the country by talking down to the leader of what is suppose to be an ally of ours. Vance is abysmally bad at his job.

He would win easily if any of the dopes in this currently hugely unpopular administration run again. Walz without Harris’ campaign team shackling him would be very formidable, especially if he picks a strong running mate.

He won’t be the candidate, though, because the current Democratic Party is filled with morons.

He may not be electable on the national scale, but he’s an immensely better human and has real policies to help people (not that I agree with all of them) unlike the morally corrupt anti-democratic individuals you put in office.

    LOL .... Walz is a mope ....

Walz Thinks Conservative Men Are ‘Scared’ of Him

This week, failed vice presidential candidate Tim Walz (D) told California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) that he could “kick Trump supporters’ a***s” and that conservative men are scared of him.

    +

“How do you fight it?” Walz interjected. “I think I could kick most of their a**. I do think that.”

“If we’re going to fall into that place where we want to…we challenge you..to a WWE fight here…” Walz said.

    +

In the podcast, the issue of so-called “toxic masculinity” came up. Walz claimed that conservative men are scared of him because he “can fix a truck.” “I think some of us scare them. I think l scare them, which is why they spend so much time on me,” Walz said. “I can fix a truck. They know I’m not bulls******g on this…my identity is not hunting…” Walz said as Newsom laughed uncomfortably.

    and ....

Caitlyn Jenner jokes about being ‘more masculine’ than Tim Walz after gov brags his manhood scares MAGA

Caitlyn Jenner threw shade at Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz after the “masculine” failed vice presidential nominee bragged about how his manhood scares the MAGA faithful.

“I am more ‘masculine’ than this [clown emoji] Gov Walz,” Jenner, 75, ribbed on X Wednesday in response to the governor’s bombast.

Jenner, an Olympic gold-winning decathlete who came out as a transwoman in 2015, shared a clip from the Republican National Committee’s opposition research X account showcasing the governor’s braggadocio.

Walz (D), 60, had crowed on the “This is Gavin Newsom” podcast about his masculinity and mused that conservatives are particularly intimidated by his manliness.

and now this could get pretty good ......

Tim Walz's WORST Nightmare Just Became Reality, Thanks To A WWE Star Turned GOP Mayor!

Minnesota's Democratic Governor Tim Walz finds himself in an unexpected predicament following his recent remarks on a podcast hosted by California's Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom.

During the episode, Walz boldly claimed, "I think I could kick most of their a**. I do think that," referring to conservatives and specifically Fox News. This statement has prompted a response from a notable Republican figure, Glenn Jacobs, the mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, and a former WWE wrestler known as "Kane."

As reported by the Western Journal, Jacobs, standing at an imposing 6'7" and weighing over 300 pounds, issued a challenge to Walz via the social media platform X. Jacobs, 57, proposed a charity wrestling match, suggesting, "let’s put our money where our mouth is…in a charity wrestling match. We’ll split the gate 50/50 between our chosen organizations." He even pledged to kick off the donations with a $10,000 contribution, asking Walz, "What do you say?"

The challenge has garnered significant attention, with prominent conservative personalities joining the fray. Journalist and commentator Jack Posobiec, along with Clay Travis, the radio host and founder of Outkick sports website, each offered an additional $10,000 to the cause. This has placed Walz, who stands at 5'11" and weighs approximately 170 pounds, in a challenging situation.

Why is that? Is there evidence, some objective evidence, that the work of DOGE will not reduce waste in the federal government? Are we of the opinion that the federal government is not inefficient?

Is saying that a program costs $8 billion when it costs $8 million a way to increase government efficiency? How about counting programs 2-3 times as if they are all different programs? How about cancelling programs after the money has already been spent?

Also, given that we already have the GAO, which quietly found $70 billion in wasteful spending in 2023 on a budget of about $500 million, why do we need another agency, which costs money and seems to be unable to understand basic government budgets or accounting procedures?

It's not difficult to imagine an oligarchic scheme where Trump/Musk and an unknown number of others succeed in their diabolical plan to seize total control of the government after stripping it or bankrupting it into total dysfunction. Thereby creating widespread confusion, poverty, accompanied by overall misery, disease, and death. Sort of the way it was in the Dark Ages with 2 separate and distinct classes, the privileged rich ruling class and the serfs.

In the world of today the privileged would have access to technology, while many of the serfs - Trump's beloved "poorly educated" who voted for him, and other Trump rejectors will find themselves pawns in the oligarchs' exclusive monopoly power game to determine who controls the earth (and Mars?). . These combatant competitive freaks play off and assist one another in their maneuverings for increased wealth and power in their fiefdoms. Their heroes and role models are people like Caesar, Napoleon, Hitler, ... tickled along by Bloefeld, Dr No, Goldfinger, The Joker and other villainous memes. They care nothing for the people they harm in their pursuit to be King of the Billionaires. Pain and suffering of allies and pawns is acceptable.
Educational opportunities too long taken for granted then devalued and discouraged, will disappear, no longer available to the masses. Any ambition, extraordinary intelligence, exceptional talent, or vision, exhibited by working class pawns will likely be discouraged.

With a nod to the distant past, the masses of dissatisfied, disillusioned, and disarmed people who survive the violent upheaval will be declawed, disarmed - then placated with "bread and circuses" as they were in ancient Rome. Pax Romana!!

Virtual reality entertainment, a guaranteed income, and a world greatly limited in opportunities and possibilities. The directors of this monstrous event likely planning or hoping most of us will be 'amused to death.'

It's a bleak scenario, far too disturbing to comfortably contemplate. But the stage is set, ready to be played out. Now we wait to see what sort of characters are in the wings to play a part in developing the plot, hoping to set and seal the fate of our immediate and long term future.

What is hard to understand is how stupid Trump's followers have to be to vote for him. "Yes, I'm voting for someone who is going to take me out of the middle class and put me in the lower middle class, on the edge of poverty. My hero will be that much richer." Are their lives really that pointless and hopeless?

These are basic talking points your cnn overlords have passed down but where is the evidence? How could give away less money and having less employees possibly cost money? Math is hard.

It's not "give away" money that Trump is getting rid of, it's gov't spending. Services will be reduced. Problems will increase. The longer these people are out of work, the less likely they will return to work, and even if they do, some knowledge will be lost. And guess what? Some of the department managers may be very committed to the DEI programs that Trump wants to get rid of, and they may reduce important services while paying lip service to reducing DEI, knowing that if the American public sees services reduced, they may demand that full funding be restored. Especially if people start dying, which could happen with some gov't services being cut.

Long story short, often it is cheaper to prevent (or be ready for) a problem than it is to fix a problem after it already occurs.

It is actually pretty easy. Get rid of the people who collect the money. It costs the organization money. If your dentist office got rid of all of its staff that bills people or follows up on bills, what would happen to the revenue of your business?
