I get the reference but I was being somewhat serious. He's a junior in HS class of 2025. So he's probably 16 yrs old. He's already 6'2 195/200 pounds. He plays both RB and OLB at Plant. Another growth spurt and he could be 6'4 220 or bigger by the time he enrolls at UF.
Saw a video interview with him after his commitment to UF. I've never seen any of his HS football highlights, but this kid seems AWESOME as a person! Do yourselves a favor and watch and listen to him. Trust me, you will all be happy and impressed that Mr. Clark is going to be a Gator....... AND, he is already recruiting guys for the '24 class! (I know he is in the '25 class.) GO GATORS!!!!
I thought On3 was the only site to down grade UF commitments. Surprised with this coming from 247 Sports. Waltez was listed at 6'2" and is now listed at 6'1" too. Let me add here that all the preseason crap about UF going 3-9 (1-7), CBN is on the hot seat after 1 year, and the cocky ex-FSU player now Colorado HC would be great at Florida has been all about taking down UF a peg anyway the pundits can. JMHO, the powers that be do not want UF rising back to the top with a young coach who is developing an excellent system for the football program. Apparently, nobody likes UF having a top recruiting class in which UF has beat out the current big boys of college football for top recruits.
Okay... this young man is so likable that I have to root for him. I'll be watching him and waiting for him to make it big-time in Gainesville. This video is about Clark... Top-five TE: Choosing the Florida Gators a 'great possibility'
247 has him in the Top 120 nationally and a Top 10 RB. The drop was caused by another site which dropped his composite.
I heard the composite dropped because he wasn’t even on a particular site, so once he was added, his composite dropped. So maybe a legitimate reason.
