(TEN) W Tennis v Mizzou and Arky this weekend

Mizzou today at home, they may be the worst team in the league so obviously a must win
UF takes doubles point on courts 1 and 3 6-1...Briggs and Gailis were about to lose on court 2 which is discouraging

Same singles lineup they have been riding for a while....I keep hoping for Sysoeva, no sign of her

Until Gailis pulled out a 6-4 6-4 win vs Ole Miss she had not recorded a win in the previous 6 matches. 3 losses, 3 unfinished....all playing at #4. Honestly had hoped for a little more than that from the #1 recruit. Need that light bulb to come on

Gailis awakens and forces a 3rd, 6-4. Spee also forces a 3rd 6-3
Assume they will play a TB in both

 

Spee blisters her opponent 10-2...that's the way to close a match. 6-0 UF

Gailis finally gets there 11-9...wasn't always pretty but completes the sweep

 

Another should win match at home today...Arky middle of road at best

Poor start in doubles, 3-3 on 1, down 1-4 on 2 and 3

 

Mybe the most pathetic doubles point of the year....lose 6-1 on 2 and 6-2 on 3

Emily loses 7-6 4-6 4-6...honestly surprised at that one, especially since she was in control. She has been decent at finishing
