If I’m reading correctly, this guy wasn’t actually at 1/6, he was just part of the overall right wing nuttery. His crime was apparently leaving threatening voicemails to politicians who didn’t support his god-emperor. He sounds like he would have wanted to be at 1/6, except he was already a wanted fugitive for the crimes he committed in prior months.

<3 years seems kind of a weak sentence for this guy for the types of direct threats he was leaving.
