I wonder if this tweet ever got enacted, or if it was another example of him saying stuff but not doing the work to make it happen.

Kinzinger on Fox just called out Pavlich (who was calling for discussion) respectfully, there is nothing to discuss, Trump lost and he and others have spun conspiracies and falsehoods and these people today, believed the lies that something was magically going to happen.

Well he’s absolutely correct. They weren’t staging a coup. That would take a plan. They had no plan. Their only intent was to disrupt and throw a public tantrum.

They took the Capitol...and what did they do? They didn’t seize power. They didn’t kidnap any of the next in line for the POTUS. They didn’t make demands. They didn’t form an infrastructure to keep control of the building. They roamed around like blubber-heads at Disney World without a map. They sat in chairs and took selfies.

They’re just a bunch of hateful idiots who drove in from other states because Trump told them to, who crowded in for another covid super-spreader Trump rally, who were told once again by Trump’s rally rhetoric to attack the Capitol and disrupt the proceedings, who then went and got ginned up and did it.

They had no organization, no plan, no goal. Just a bunch of dumb rabid dogs running around, barking at squirrels.
