My kids are 16, 21, and 23 and I just can’t imagine being able to recover from the loss of any of them. It’s just not natural. So incredibly sad. Thoughts and prayers to him and the rest of their family.

Coach Grant and family have been though such tragedy. I still remember the below article discussing how Billy, Grant and Pelphrey suffered tragedies and loss of children.

Losing a child would have to be one of the worst things a person could face. God bless and comfort the Grant family.

Don’t want to speculate but saw this:

Very sad. Read an article the other day that teen suicides are up considerably. One of the most devastating impacts of the pandemic was the two years of isolation suffered by children. Led to a lot of depression amongst teens that were unable to socialize with peers during that period. No outlet and a lot of loneliness. Don’t think the medical professionals considered the mental health of this group of children when making these school closure decisions. Many HS dropouts resulted from the pandemic as well. May turn out to be the worst aspect of the pandemic.
