Levelsberger suffered from PTSD.

Levelsberger suffered a brain injury in the military.

Livelsberger's wife filed for divorce a few days ago

Livelsberger was well-liked

I would think Livelsberger might have been helped by the plant extract Ibogaine (schedule 1, illegal in US) or psilocybin (mushrooms). The VA is behind the curve in treating PTSD in my opinion
