    That’s pretty interesting. I wonder why FL is comparatively so weak? I could guess

    - reversal of flee to FL during pandemic trend
    - home insurance becoming more expensive.

    But I can’t say for sure.

    Realtors, Lawyers and Insurance rates. All the insurance companies are jacking up rates and cutting in half our commissions. I still have to pay staff and keep an office open. I'm about ready to sell out. Morgan and Morgan has accomplished his original mission.

    It is sad that when Insurance gets taken over by the government, the money grabbing scumbag lawyers will no longer have no one to sue. 79% of all claim payouts end up going to lawyers. I will make enemies on this forum but it will come to fruition. They are killing their golden goose. Spread the risk is no more. Insurance in Florida (where most PI litigators got their degrees) is done.
