Nah, that's not the conspiracy theory (lots of countries give money to universities), its that they are astroturfing anti-Israel protests with the money (including at UF as you contended on a past thread). Israel killed about as many civilians just over the weekend after a ceasefire than died on October 7th, didnt see you jump back on that thread to mention that either.
