I'm thinking that Chip has already made his decision. He should have notified school by now, otherwise he is BS'ing.

It should be a VERY easy decision. It's not like he is choosing between Florida and Georgia/LSU (very similar jobs with similar pros and cons).

It's either he wants the recruiting/top 5 classes to build the best team (and defense) possible to be a consistent natty threat or he wants something a little safe - a conference he knows, a recruiting footprint he knows, less expectations, etc.

By now, either UCLA or Florida probably has a good sense of where this is heading and is well on to plan B
