Yeah, I really hope they are wrong. But I could see him choosing UCLA over us. I guess I am not as optimistic as most others here about Kelly to UF. It is a bit of an agonizing wait.

Yea I’m officially ready to move on. No reason for this to drag on as long as it did, especially after that flight up there. The timing of UCLA opening up the same day we flew up there also cannot be good. I’m not even mad at our admin. We gave it our all and we will still end up with an upgrade over our last two HC’s

Guys it seems the writing is on the wall.. Let's be honest. UCLA fired their coach before the end of the year for a reason. Took a 12 million dollar buy out for a reason. That reason? They knew they could get Chip They made a move they knew is worth it. You don't do that if you have risk. They have been talking to his agent for awhile I guarantee it. This hurts..it sucks..but everyone is saying he is going to UCLA besides Florida fans at this point. I feel we are out here and on to the next one. This really hurts too. This was the home run to bring UF back. Zero doubt he would have. He is that good plain and simple. Just sad. I'm going to need a few days to recover from this. So much emotional investment has been in it the last week, but reality is setting in. THere is no way UCLA is a hoax created by UF. That's just nonsense. UCLA paid 12 million and fired their coach on his birthday for a reason. The had an inside track to Kelly, and cut ties and took the big buyout knowing they could win. Their big millionaire is promising Kelly anything he wants just like Knight did Kelly. Fuck man...fuck. Just argh. So sick of being a mediocre program. Can't handle another chance hire.
