I read the article, basically said sources have been told that coaches have been contacted about joining Kelly at UCLA, and they were presuming he had made his decision.

Now, it says 404 not found.

If true, then why take it down?

1. It was completely crap (most likely).
2. They feared it would jeopardize the 49er contract "thing" (also crap, should've learned from us).
3. To create a frenzy (most likely, it's good for their business)

My 2nd post in this thread was a detailed post breaking down why i love Chip and why he is so hugely important to Florida. I stopped posting like that because i came to realize no one gives a crap about those kind of posts in here

He came down to Florida when Meyer was in Gainesville. He came down to spend a week with Meyer talking about Meyer's version of the spread. He has been to Gainesville before.

I don't know. Till this very minute it seems like they are very confident that Chip Kelly is coming this way, awaiting an announcement. From the looks of outside reports, it looks like we are waiting on Chip Kelly to make a decision. Not sure how you can be so confident that Kelly is coming our way unless you are in Kelly's head. I don't know what they know, but based on the outside reports, they can know the hype a notch or two.

 

That might be the best part of this thread... Oh and watching so many here absolutely freak out over every little rumor.

Honestly I'm now checking back to see what kind of nonsense has been reported now and the reactions rather than expecting any news... because we KNOW there won't be any until after fsu. Yet here some are in full freak out mode.
