You'd have a point if Florida lost him to USC or Alabama or some place like that, but UCLA? They haven't cared about football in years over there.

 

Actually guys I’ve watched film of mike norvell offense and it’s better than chips at Oregon. He was the guy we wanted all along. It will turn out better

 

I have posted this at least twice. If the guy goes to UCLA he is running from the challenge of taking on Saban, Smart etc.. If that is the case he is better off at UCLA and we are better off without him. If he is willing and eager to throw down on the likes of Saban & Co. then he is the gunslinger we're looking for. Either way we win.

If Chip courted us first and then ditched us for UCLA, I'm not going to fault Stricklin. We got played like a fiddle, but typically you give someone the benefit of the doubt and assume they won't pull a stunt like this. IF.

 

Not the Lame Kitten crap again. That guy is a master self-promoter to have people buying into him after getting fired by Oakland and USC and pushed out of Alabama by Saban. Lame Kitten is right where he belongs.

 

Well, "IF" this ucla stuff is true... it means that Kelly basically sabotaged our chances with Frost by throwing his hat into the mix for UF when he knew we were originally initiating contact with Frost.

Kelly knew Frost was our first target.

 

(1) Muschamp was a tough pill to swallow. Mac was a tough pill to swallow. Getting hammered by Michigan (twice) and GA was a tough pill to swallow. 4 hours of Noles in the Swamp this Sat will likely be a tough pill to swallow.

But...

(2) We're gonna get a new HBC (may be CK maybe not, who knows). Gonna clean house. Nus gone. New page. New chapter. These are easier pills to swallow than (1) above ... whether we get Kelly or not.

Still think that Florida and SEC are logical pick for CK if he truly is all-about-football as they say. Still think the odds are with the Gators on this one. If UCLA (seriously UCLA???) "feels like a better fit" to him then maybe he isn't an SEC/FL Gator type coach.
