Going to smoke first turkey on Thursday. Usually do chicken or ribs in smoker and this is first run at the big bird.

I agree, I feel like chicken breast from a sous vide cooker cannot be matched with other cooking methods.

Sounds like we're talking about "Balls", 2nd story bar on University Ave, between the Porpoise and the Salty Dog approximately. I believe their slogan was "Gotta have 'em". They used to have girls walking around with bottles in holsters on their hips. One night I remember they had some kind of ice chute, the girl would stand at the top, hold the bottle between her breasts and pour down the chute while the drinker would kneel at the low end of the chute to receive the shot. Wow, got seriously hammered there several times. These memories are very fuzzy. Help me fill in the details here, Gators.
