If Jon Vilma really has Chip's ear, than I believe Randy sticking around is likely. Randy was Jon's DC at UM, and Jon and Randy have had a relationship going back to Jon's elementary school days.
I can't stand hair on my neck even when I sport a beard. Manicure that shizzle clean at the jaw line. I prefer the clean upper lip goatee most of the time. Don't like the feel of a mustashe in a lot of situations.
Would be sweet if Shannon has gone full Gator and happy to stay on in any place Kelly wants him. A bit of continuity is a good thing.

I think Chip was never going to UCLA, this was internet fodder, pure and simple. UCLA has had net profit of 10 and change million last year, UF over 45 million. Gators are in the SEC and UCLA, well who watched them play Utah at 12:30am EST. If we were talking USCw, then maybe I would be worried. UCLA has not won a conference title since Bill Clinton was president and a NC since Eisenhower. They are the South Carolina of the Pac-12. The last Sunday meeting was to get a handshake agreement, with the lawyers working out the actual details for CK to sign probably Saturday night and the news going out Sunday, in time for all the ESPN NFL pregame snoozefest shows.
That would be great but unless Kelly makes him DC, which I doubt, I don't think Shannon is going to accept ANY demotion. He'll probably have no problem getting a DC job elsewhere and could be a HC candidate at a mid tier school.
