When you’re being irrationally judgemental, part of the process is assuming the intent of the stubble. In most cases, it’s not hard to figure out who decided not to shave that morning and who is planning on going Duck Dynasty.

When I was about 32, I played solo at the local course. I came up on a tiny man about 80 yrs old. We finished almost the back nine together. He couldn't hit it over 100 yds but man could he play. Par 5's hurt him a little but he kicked my but!! Still remember that.

Which is what causes most bad back problems, not regularly exercising the butt and lower back muscles as we age. They ptactically support the entire structure my friend.

My sister had a bad back and I got her doubg some lightweight back exercises and voila'! No more back problems.

Now if you have had surgery or something genetic or chronic, always ask your doctor first.
