Curious why it would be based on college regular season. I would think the cut off would be based on the end of the NFL regular season.
Would love to see the actual contract document and just end all this speculation, but then - what's the fun in that?

Home prices in Westwood are around $1k/sf on a fifth of an acre. In Gainesville you can get a fully custom house on 5+acres for max $300/sf. Plus, by looking at Chip I assume he prefers chicken wings and whisky over fine dining. I have yet to find any good chicken wings in LA that are worth the drive.
