So do you know the rules? My question the other day was could he talk to kids since he wasn't employed by or officially affiliated with UF. The only response I saw was someone saying he can't talk to them about playing for him. That kind of makes sense if true.

So how does that change once he's hired? Can he talk to kids immediately?
